The second volume has the word "secundus" after "fasciculus" on its title-page and was published in 1790; the third volume has "tertius" after "fasciculus" on its title-page and was published in 1793; the fourth volume has "quartus" after "fasciculus" on its title-page and was published in 1801.
Fasciculus quartus was printed by Gul. Bulmer et Soc. in vico Cleveland-row.
